⏳ Artisan Commission Lead Time (2–4 Months): Because our initial micro-batch of 4 sets has completely sold out, this masterwork is now crafted strictly Made-to-Order. Please allow an estimated 8 to 14 weeks for studio fabrication and painting prior to dispatch. Studio work-in-progress photos will be emailed to you during production.
*Set Contents Notice: Includes BOTH the 48mm Guan Yu Statuette (with Glaive) AND the Full Armored Warhorse. The rocky terrain base shown at the bottom of the photos is a photography prop and is NOT included.
Immortalized as the Martial Saint of the Three Kingdoms era, Guan Yu (God of War) is presented here alongside his fully barded celestial warhorse. Combining translucent Imperial Jade optical glazing with intricate metallic gold armor relief, this two-piece cavalry ensemble is individually engineered and hand-painted at TGS Atelier.
Ⅰ. DUAL-MATRIX ENGINEERING (DROP-RESISTANT GLAIVE, MANE & ARMOR)
Long polearms, spiked helmet crests, and flowing horse manes are the first points of failure on standard brittle UV resin prints. Both Guan Yu and his warhorse are fabricated using our proprietary TGS Dual-Matrix Engineering Photopolymer™ (High-Tensile Structural Core + High-Rebound Elastomeric SLA Matrix). Following a 48-hour thermal post-curing cycle, the slender Green Dragon Crescent Blade shaft, dragon-head pauldron spikes, and flame-sculpted horse hooves possess exceptional flexural resilience to survive handling and accidental tabletop drops without snapping.
Ⅱ. TRANSLUCENT JADE GLAZING & SCULPTURAL HIGHLIGHTS
- Green Dragon Crescent Blade (Qinglong Yanyuedao): The iconic polearm features a semi-translucent emerald-jade blade sculpted with an embossed coiling dragon motif, mounted on a reinforced black shaft with gilded dragon-jaw fittings and pommel.
- Coiling Azure Dragon Pauldron & Mountain-Pattern Scale Mail: Asymmetrical left shoulder guard crowned with a 3D translucent jade dragon relief; dark metallic chest and lower robe armor intricately detailed with micro-painted green dragon scales, gold cloud borders, and cabochon emerald-tone gems.
- Winged Golden Helmet & Flowing Beard: Multi-tiered golden phoenix-wing war helm set over Guan Yu’s signature sculpted long beard and long-hair back piece.
- Celestial Armored Warhorse: Full heavy cavalry barding (chanfron head armor, emerald-inlaid saddle, and golden cloud-scroll crupper). The steed’s mane, tail, and four hooves are cast and glazed in gradient translucent cyan-blue spirit flames.
